    Ordered chicken satay ... went for lunch .. good place...hygienic.... found the food moderately sweet.... I usually prefer spicy food... overall good experience...will definitely go back to try other items from the menu...

    Good food but the last two times I ordered over the phone something has been wrong. They have been happy to fix so the minor inconvenience is a small matter as their food is delicious.

    This was our worst experience at a restaurant ever! We walked in with our toddler late this afternoon and was treated rudely by the older waitress there. She literally threw the menu in the table and spoke to us as if she didn't want us there. We were shocked. Then, we saw that she exhibited the same behavior at the next table to a lady who had come in with 2 kids. The lady felt insulted (rightfully) and walked out. Either this person has no interest working there or she doesn't like customers with kids. We complained to the other waitress and she apologized for her colleague's attitude. At least, the other waitress was courteous. However, we cannot forget how we were insulted and will never return to this restaurant ever!

    I had a really bad experience here. My waitress was in her 50's - I think her name was M or something. She was not very friendly from the start, and when my phad phrik khing was too salty, I politely asked to send it back and order something else. She refused and said the kitchen was too busy for me to order anything else. (what?) She wouldn't refund me either and began to get angry to the point that other guests could hear her arguing with me. It was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I can't say the other servers are like her, but she ruined it and I will not be coming back to Thai Ginger.

    The food here is absolutely delicious! Staff and nice, consistent, and checked up on me. The phad Thai and Crispy Garlic Chicken was A1. Highly recommend this place
